Advanced Microphone Array & Beamforming
Single-microphone setups are rarely sufficient for far-field voice recognition. We specialize in supporting our partners with Microphone Array design. By precisely placing multiple MEMS units on a custom-designed PCB, the system can utilize Beamforming technology to “focus” on the user while suppressing lateral noise.
Technical Note: For our OEM partners, we provide detailed 3D CAD files and engineering drawings to ensure the acoustic porting aligns perfectly with the kiosk’s mechanical housing, preventing internal resonance.
High Acoustic Overload Point (AOP) for Outdoor Durability
Outdoor kiosks often face sudden loud noises, such as sirens or engine revving. A microphone with a low AOP will “clip” the signal, causing the AI to lose the connection. Our high-AOP MEMS solutions ensure that even under extreme sound pressure, the audio remains linear and undistorted.
Seamless Integration: Radar and Low-Power Wake-up
To maximize energy efficiency, many modern AI terminals utilize Radar sensors for presence detection. By integrating our high-precision Radar modules with low-power MEMS microphones, the Kiosk can remain in a “sleep” state until a user approaches, instantly triggering the Voice AI for a seamless experience.
