\uff08\u516c\u5f00\u767d\u76ae\u4e66\uff09<br><strong>\u7c7b\u522b<\/strong> \u63a2\u7d22 \/ \u58f0\u5b66\u5de5\u7a0b \/ MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6267\u884c\u6458\u8981<\/h2><p>\u5728\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u4ea7\u54c1--\u667a\u80fd\u626c\u58f0\u5668\u3001\u4f1a\u8bae\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\u6444\u50cf\u5934\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u5bb6\u5c45\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bed\u97f3\u7ec8\u7aef--\u65b9\u9762<strong>\u58f0\u8154\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong> \u662f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u4f4e\u4f30\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u6027\u80fd\u9a71\u52a8\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002.<\/p><p>\u5373\u4f7f MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u672c\u8eab\u7b26\u5408\u6570\u636e\u8868\u4e0a\u7684\u51fa\u8272\u89c4\u683c\uff08\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\u3001\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u3001AOP\u3001\u76f8\u4f4d\u5339\u914d\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ecd\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u968f\u673a\u632f\u94c3\/\u55e1\u55e1\u58f0\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u662f <strong>\u7ed3\u6784\u632f\u52a8\u8026\u5408<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u9020\u6210\u7684\u610f\u5916\u9ad8\u9891\u5cf0\u503c <strong>\u4ea5\u59c6\u970d\u5179\u5171\u632f<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u7531\u4e8e <strong>\u6cc4\u6f0f\u548c\u5bc6\u5c01\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u5bfc\u81f4\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a <strong>\u975e\u5747\u5300\u58f0\u9053<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u672c\u767d\u76ae\u4e66\u4e3a\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u9762\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u8bbe\u8ba1\u89c4\u5219 <strong>\u58f0\u8154\u3001\u58f0\u7aef\u53e3\u3001\u5bc6\u5c01\u3001\u963b\u5c3c\u548c\u9635\u5217\u5e03\u5c40<\/strong>, \u5e2e\u52a9\u5de5\u7a0b\u56e2\u961f\u7f29\u77ed\u5f00\u53d1\u5468\u671f\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4ee3\u4ef7\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u91cd\u590d\u5f00\u53d1\u3002.<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8ed1fc\" class=\"has-inline-color\">15 \u5e74\u591a\u6765\uff0cSISTC \u4e00\u76f4\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5236\u9020\uff0c\u5728\u97f3\u9891\u62fe\u53d6\u6280\u672f\u3001\u964d\u566a\u7b97\u6cd5\u4ee5\u53ca\u58f0\u5b66\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8f6f\u786c\u4ef6\u96c6\u6210\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u5f3a\u7684\u5b9e\u529b\u3002. <\/mark><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.\u58f0\u8154\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3a\u4f55\u91cd\u8981<\/h2><p>\u58f0\u8154\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u7bb1\u4f53\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a \u201c\u5b54\u201d\u3002\u5b83\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u53d7\u63a7\u58f0\u9053<\/strong> \u5916\u90e8\u58f0\u573a\u548c\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u5165\u53e3\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\u3002.<\/p><p>\u5728\u9635\u5217\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u58f0\u8154\u5fc5\u987b\u540c\u65f6\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e24\u4e2a\u76ee\u6807\uff1a<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u6700\u5927\u76f4\u63a5\u62fe\u53d6\u91cf<\/strong> \u5931\u771f\u6216\u9891\u7387\u8272\u5dee\u6700\u5c0f<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4e0d\u540c\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u6027<\/strong>, \u5b9e\u73b0\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\u548c\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u5bf9\u51c6<\/li><\/ol><p>\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u8154\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f80\u5f80\u6bd4\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u672c\u8eab\u9020\u6210\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u635f\u5931\u3002.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9009\u62e9\u8981\u6c42\uff08\u9635\u5217\u5e94\u7528\uff09<\/h2><p>\u5728\u5f00\u59cb\u7ed3\u6784\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u6a21\u578b\u5fc5\u987b\u7b26\u5408\u9635\u5217\u8981\u6c42\u3002SISTC \u5efa\u8bae\u9635\u5217\u4ea7\u54c1\u91c7\u7528\u4ee5\u4e0b\u57fa\u51c6\u89c4\u683c\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u654f\u611f\u6027\uff1a <strong>&gt; -40 dBV @ 94 dB SPL\uff0c1 kHz<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\uff1a <strong>\u2265 65 dB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>AOP\uff1a <strong>\u2265 120 dB SPL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>THD\uff1a <strong>\u2264 1% @ 1 kHz<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u76f8\u4f4d\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff1a <strong>&lt; 3\u00b0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u5168\u5411\u62fe\u97f3\u6a21\u5f0f<\/li>\n\n<li>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u53d8\u5316\uff1a <strong>&lt; 2 dB\uff08100 Hz-8 kHz\uff09<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.\u58f0\u53e3\u548c\u58f0\u8154\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u72b6\uff08\u6838\u5fc3\u89c4\u5219\uff09<\/h2><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 \u957f\u5f84\u6bd4\u89c4\u5219\uff1a\u6700\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6307\u6807<\/h5><p>\u58f0\u7aef\u53e3\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u77ed\u7684\u58f0\u7ba1\u3002\u5176\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u72b6\u7531\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56e0\u7d20\u51b3\u5b9a\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>L<\/strong> = \u97f3\u53e3\u6df1\u5ea6\uff08\u6216\u97f3\u8154\u957f\u5ea6\uff09<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>D<\/strong> = \u97f3\u5b54\u5f00\u53e3\u76f4\u5f84<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>SISTC \u5efa\u8bae\uff1a<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>D &gt; 1.0 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u957f &lt; 5.0 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u957f\u5f84\u6bd4 &lt; 3<\/strong> (\u5173\u952e\u51c6\u5219)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u4fdd\u6301\u7aef\u53e3\u4e3a <strong>\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5bbd<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u4fdd\u6301\u8154\u4f53\u4e3a <strong>\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u6d45<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u6709\u6548<\/strong><br>\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684 L \u548c\u8f83\u5927\u7684 D \u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u58f0\u963b\u6297\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u51cf\u5c11\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8c10\u632f\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u5e73\u6ed1\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u548c\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 PCB \u97f3\u5b54\u5c3a\u5bf8\uff08\u5e95\u7aef\u53e3 MEMS\uff09<\/h5><p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5e95\u90e8\u7aef\u53e3\u7684\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7ed3\u6784\uff0cPCB \u5b54\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5bc6\u5c01\u73af\u7684\u9650\u5236\u76f8\u5339\u914d\u3002.<\/p><p>\u76ee\u524d\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5bc6\u5c01\u73af\u5185\u5f84\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>0.6 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>1.0 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u8003\u8651\u5230\u5236\u9020\u516c\u5dee\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u91c7\u7528 PCB \u5b54\u5f84\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7528\u4e8e 0.6 mm \u73af\u5f62 \u2192 PCB \u5b54 <strong>0.4 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u7528\u4e8e 1.0 mm \u73af\u5f62 \u2192 PCB \u5b54 <strong>0.8 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u5f53 PCB \u539a\u5ea6\u8d85\u8fc7 <strong>1.0 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong>, \uff0c\u4f18\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u5177\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce <strong>1.0 \u6beb\u7c73\u5bc6\u5c01\u73af<\/strong> \u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u53ef\u5236\u9020\u6027\u548c\u5bc6\u5c01\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7aef\u53e3\u592a\u7a84\/\u592a\u957f<\/li>\n\n<li>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u8fdb\u6c14\u53e3\u540e\u9762\u7684\u7a7a\u8154\u8fc7\u5927<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5bc6\u5c01\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u610f\u60f3\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u4f53\u79ef<\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 \u4e3a\u4f55\u5371\u9669<\/h5><p>\u4ea5\u59c6\u970d\u5179\u5171\u632f\u7ecf\u5e38\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u9ad8\u9891\u5c16\u5cf0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u7eb9\u6ce2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u4e0d\u540c\u6837\u672c\u7684\u58f0\u5b66\u6027\u80fd\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a<\/li><\/ul><p>SISTC \u660e\u786e\u5efa\u8bae<br><strong>\u907f\u514d\u4ea7\u751f\u8d6b\u5c14\u59c6\u970d\u5179\u8c10\u632f\u5668\u7ed3\u6784<\/strong>, \uff0c\u65e2\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9876\u90e8\u7aef\u53e3\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5e95\u90e8\u7aef\u53e3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002.<\/p><p><strong>\u907f\u514d\u51fa\u73b0\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u68c0\u67e5\u8868\uff1a<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u9075\u5faa <strong>\u957f\u5f84\u6bd4 &lt; 3<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u907f\u5f00\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u901a\u9053<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6d88\u9664\u8fdb\u6c14\u53e3\u9644\u8fd1\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u9699<\/li>\n\n<li>\u786e\u4fdd\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5bc6\u5c01\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u7a7a\u8154\u5bb9\u79ef\u4e0d\u4f1a\u56e0\u88c5\u914d\u800c\u53d8\u5316<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.\u5bc6\u5c01\u3001\u57ab\u5708\u548c\u6cc4\u6f0f\u63a7\u5236<\/h2><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 \u6570\u7ec4\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4<\/h5><p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9635\u5217\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u5386 <strong>\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u58f0\u5b66\u73af\u5883<\/strong>.<\/p><p>SISTC \u5efa\u8bae\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5916\u58f3\u5fc5\u987b <strong>\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5b89\u88c5\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u4e4b\u95f4\u4f7f\u7528\u7845\u80f6\u3001\u57ab\u5708\u6216\u6ce1\u6cab\u5bc6\u5c01\uff1a<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u9762\u677f\u548c PCB<\/li>\n\n<li>\u7845\u80f6\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u548c\u7ed3\u6784 <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 \u5b9e\u7528\u5bc6\u5c01\u539f\u5219<\/h5><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u58f0\u5b54\u5904\u76f4\u63a5\u62fe\u53d6\u4eba\u58f0\u5e76\u5e73\u5747\u5206\u914d\u5230\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/li>\n\n<li>\u9632\u6b62\u97f3\u5b54\u88ab\u5835\u585e<\/li>\n\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u5728\u6e29\u5ea6\u548c\u8001\u5316\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u4fdd\u6301\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u5bc6\u5c01\u6750\u6599<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6839\u636e\u5236\u9020\u516c\u5dee\u8fdb\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff08\u907f\u514d\u8fb9\u754c\u5c3a\u5bf8\uff09<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.\u632f\u52a8\u9694\u79bb\u548c\u673a\u68b0\u566a\u97f3\u6291\u5236<\/h2><p>\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u968f\u673a\u94c3\u58f0\/\u55e1\u55e1\u58f0\u901a\u5e38\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e <strong>\u673a\u68b0\u8026\u5408<\/strong>, \u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6765\u81ea MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u3002.<\/p><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 \u9694\u79bb\u5efa\u8bae<\/h5><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5e94\u4e0e\u56fa\u4ef6\/\u7ed3\u6784\u8868\u9762\u9694\u79bb\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528 <strong>\u7845\u80f6\u5957<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u907f\u514d\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4e0e\u5916\u58f3\u786c\u63a5\u89e6<\/li>\n\n<li>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u7845\u80f6\u539a\u5ea6\u5e94\u4e3a <strong>&gt; 3 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 \u5b9a\u4f4d\u6307\u5357<\/h5><ul
