\u5ba4\u5916\u4fe1\u606f\u4ead\u7ecf\u5e38\u4f1a\u9047\u5230\u7a81\u5982\u5176\u6765\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u566a\u97f3\uff0c\u5982\u8b66\u7b1b\u58f0\u6216\u53d1\u52a8\u673a\u7684\u8f70\u9e23\u58f0\u3002AOP \u503c\u4f4e\u7684\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4f1a \"\u526a\u5207 \"\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5931\u53bb\u8fde\u63a5\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9ad8 AOP MEMS \u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6781\u7aef\u58f0\u538b\u4e0b\uff0c\u97f3\u9891\u4e5f\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u7ebf\u6027\u548c\u4e0d\u5931\u771f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
