<strong>\u53cc\u6216\u591a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217<\/strong> \u4ee5\u4fbf <strong>\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62<\/strong> \u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u58f0\u97f3\u6355\u6349\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u68c0\u6d4b <strong>\u5230\u8fbe\u65f6\u95f4\uff08ToA\uff09<\/strong> \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u58f0\u97f3\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6291\u5236\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u7684\u566a\u97f3\u3002<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5f53 <strong>\u7269\u7406\u7a7a\u95f4\u9650\u5236<\/strong> \u9650\u5236\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u95f4\u8ddd\uff0c\u5982 <strong>\u8033\u673a\u3001\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u548c\u5c0f\u578b\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong>-<strong>\u76f8\u4f4d\u5339\u914d<\/strong> \u6210\u4e3a\u51b3\u5b9a\u4f4e\u9891\u6307\u5411\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u76f8\u5e8f MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4e3a\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u6311\u6218\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b9e\u7528\u4e14\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u76f8\u5e8f\u4e3a\u4f55\u91cd\u8981<\/h2><p>\u4ece\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u770b <strong>\u5339\u914d\u5bf9\u548c\u5339\u914d\u4e09\u91cd\u9a7b\u6781\u4f53\u4f20\u58f0\u5668<\/strong> \u5df2\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u8bed\u97f3\u6ce2\u6bb5\u4e2d\u53ef\u5207\u6362\u7684\u5168\u5411\u548c\u5355\u5411\uff08\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\uff09\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002\u968f\u7740\u884c\u4e1a\u5411 <strong>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/strong>\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u5339\u914d\u6982\u5ff5\u5df2\u88ab\u5e94\u7528--\u6700\u521d\u662f\u901a\u8fc7 <strong>\u6258\u76d8\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u914d\u5bf9<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u6258\u76d8\u7684\u5339\u914d\u5728\u8fc1\u79fb\u5230\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7cfb\u7edf\u65f6\u4f1a\u9047\u5230\u91cd\u5927\u6311\u6218 <strong>\u5f55\u97f3\u78c1\u5e26<\/strong> \u5236\u9020\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u62fe\u653e\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u4e0d\u80fd\u4fdd\u8bc1\u7279\u5b9a\u914d\u5bf9\u7684\u653e\u7f6e<\/li>\n\n<li>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u6389\u843d\u6216\u653e\u9519\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4f1a\u7834\u574f\u5339\u914d\u7ec4\u5408<\/li>\n\n<li>\u4eba\u5de5\u5e72\u9884\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u4ea7\u91cf<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u9636\u6bb5\u6392\u5e8f\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u969c\u788d<\/strong> \u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u6309\u5df2\u77e5\u76f8\u4f4d\u987a\u5e8f\u6392\u5217\u5728\u78c1\u5e26\u5377\u7b52\u4e0a\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u9635\u5217\u7ec4\u88c5\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u8fdb\u884c\u5355\u4e2a\u6821\u51c6\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u76f8\u4f4d\u3001\u95f4\u9694\u548c\u4f4e\u9891\u6307\u5411\u6027<\/h2><p>\u8003\u8651\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u53cc\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217<\/strong> \u96c6\u6210\u5230\u8033\u5185\u6216\u8033\u540e\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u58f0\u901f\uff1a~343 \u7c73\/\u79d2<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5178\u578b\u7684\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7aef\u53e3\u95f4\u8ddd\uff1a <strong>15 \u6beb\u7c73<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u8d85\u8fc7 15 \u6beb\u7c73\u7684\u58f0\u6ce2\u4f20\u64ad\u65f6\u95f4\uff1a <strong>~44 \u00b5s<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u5728 <strong>400 \u8d6b\u5179<\/strong> (\u7535\u8bdd\u6ce2\u6bb5\u7684\u4f4e\u7aef\uff09\uff0c\u58f0\u6ce2\u6ce2\u957f\u7ea6\u4e3a <strong>0.858 m<\/strong>.15 \u6beb\u7c73\u7684\u95f4\u8ddd\u4ec5\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e <strong>\u6ce2\u957f\u7684 1.7%<\/strong>\u6216\u5927\u7ea6 <strong>6.3 \u5ea6\u76f8\u4f4d\u5dee<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u53ef\u9760\u5730\u5206\u8fa8\u4f4e\u9891\u7684\u5230\u8fbe\u65f6\u95f4\u5dee\u5f02\u3001 <strong>\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u5931\u914d\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u8fd9\u4e00\u76f8\u4f4d\u5dee\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u90e8\u5206<\/strong>.\u8fc7\u5927\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u8bef\u5dee\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u964d\u4f4e\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\u7cbe\u5ea6\u548c\u4f4e\u9891\u6307\u5411\u6027\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u65b9\u5411\u6027\u548c\u5149\u675f\u6210\u578b\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u7406<\/h2><p>\u6307\u5411\u6027\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u5fc3\u5f62\u6781\u6027\u6a21\u5f0f<\/strong> \u901a\u8fc7\u5e94\u7528 <strong>\u7535\u5b50\u5ef6\u8fdf<\/strong> \u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e00\u5185\u90e8\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4e0e\u7aef\u53e3\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5916\u90e8\u58f0\u5b66\u5ef6\u8fdf\u76f8\u5339\u914d\u65f6\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u540e\u65b9\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u5c31\u4f1a\u88ab\u62b5\u6d88\u3002<\/p><p>\u5185\u90e8\uff08\u7535\u5b50\uff09\u548c\u5916\u90e8\uff08\u58f0\u5b66\uff09\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6781\u6027\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6b21\u5fc3\u5f62\uff08\u524d\u5fc3\u5f62\uff09<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5fc3\u5f62<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8d85\u5fc3\u5f62<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8d85\u5fc3\u5f62<\/li><\/ul><p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6a21\u5f0f\u5c5e\u4e8e <strong>\u5229\u9a6c\u5b54\u66f2\u7ebf\u65cf<\/strong>\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>f(\u03b8) = (1 - k) + k - cos(\u03b8)<\/p><\/blockquote><p>\u5176\u4e2d <em>k<\/em> \u662f\u5916\u90e8\u76f8\u79fb\u4e0e\u603b\u76f8\u79fb\u4e4b\u6bd4\u3002 <strong>\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u8bef\u5dee\u4f1a\u626d\u66f2\u9884\u671f\u7684\u6781\u6027\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong>\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u540e\u7a7a\u6df1\u5ea6\u6216\u5f15\u5165\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u540e\u53f6\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u76f8\u5e8f MEMS \u5377\u8f74<\/h2><p>\u76f8\u5e8f MEMS \u5377\u8f74\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u529f\u80fd\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u57fa\u4e8e\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u5316\u548c\u6821\u51c6<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6258\u76d8\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u914d\u5bf9\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u5bf9\u6216\u4e09\u80de\u80ce<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u76f8\u5e8f\u5377\u7b52<\/strong>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u90fd <strong>100% \u6d4b\u91cf<\/strong> \uff08\u901a\u5e38\u5728 <strong>1 \u5343\u8d6b\u7075\u654f\u5ea6<\/strong> \u4e0e <strong>200 \u8d6b\u5179\u76f8\u4f4d<\/strong>)\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5176\u5f55\u5236\u5728 <strong>\u5355\u8c03\u76f8\u5e8f<\/strong>.\u5e26\u6709 <strong>\u6700\u5927\u9636\u6bb5<\/strong> \u4f4d\u4e8e\u5377\u8f74\u7684\u8d77\u59cb\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p><p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7075\u6d3b\u7684 PCB \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u6570\u91cf<\/li>\n\n<li>\u65e0\u9700\u624b\u52a8\u914d\u5bf9\u7684\u81ea\u52a8\u53d6\u653e\u529f\u80fd<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8de8\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u5b9a\u5411\u6027\u80fd<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u793a\u4f8b\uff1aSISTC WBC4030DB26UJ0<\/h2><p>\u4e3e\u4e2a\u5b9e\u9645\u4f8b\u5b50 <strong>\u65e0\u9521\u7845\u6e90\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08SISTC\uff09<\/strong> \u6570\u5b57 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce <strong>WBC4030DB26UJ0<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8be5\u578b\u53f7<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>100 \u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7a97\u53e3<\/strong> \u4ec5\u9650\u4e8e <strong>\u00b11.5 \u5ea6\uff0c200 \u8d6b\u5179<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>400 \u8d6b\u5179\u65f6\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u76f8\u4f4d\u8bef\u5dee\u66f4\u5c0f<\/li><\/ul><p>\u4ece\u524d\u9762\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u51fa\uff0c400 Hz \u65f6\u7531\u4e8e\u95f4\u8ddd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u603b\u76f8\u4f4d\u5dee\u7ea6\u4e3a 6.3 \u5ea6\u3002200 Hz \u65f6\u7684 1.5 \u5ea6\u516c\u5dee\u8868\u793a <strong>\u95f4\u8ddd\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u5dee\u5c0f\u4e8e 24%<\/strong>\u8fd9\u5b8c\u5168\u5728\u7a33\u5b9a\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\u7684\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002<\/p><p>\u5ef6\u8fdf\u6bd4 (<em>k<\/em>\uff09\uff0c\u5fc3\u5f62\u548c\u8d85\u5fc3\u5f62\u884c\u4e3a\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5dee\u522b\u7ea6\u4e3a <strong>26%<\/strong>.\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6700\u574f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528 WBC4030DB26UJ0 \u6784\u5efa\u7684\u9635\u5217\u4e5f\u53ea\u4f1a\u663e\u793a\u51fa <strong>\u7ec6\u5fae\u504f\u5dee<\/strong> \u8fd9\u4e9b\u5dee\u5f02\u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2d\u5f88\u96be\u5bdf\u89c9\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\u3001 <strong>\u5178\u578b\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u5206\u5e03\u6bd4\u6700\u5927\u89c4\u683c\u4e25\u683c\u5f97\u591a<\/strong>\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u9635\u5217\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u3002<\/p><figure <strong>\u8033\u673a\u3001\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u548c\u6d88\u8d39\u97f3\u9891\u4ea7\u54c1<\/strong> \u5927\u6279\u91cf\u751f\u4ea7\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h2><p>\u76f8\u5e8f MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5c31\u7eea\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848<\/strong> \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u9650\u4e14\u4f4e\u9891\u6307\u5411\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u786e\u4fdd\u7ec4\u4ef6\u7ea7\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u76f8\u4f4d\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0 <strong>\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u7684\u5b9a\u5411\u6027\u80fd<\/strong> \u65e0\u9700\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u6821\u51c6\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002<\/p><p>\u968f\u7740 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4e0d\u65ad\u5411\u66f4\u9ad8\u96c6\u6210\u5ea6\u548c\u652f\u6301\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u524d\u7aef\u53d1\u5c55\u3001 <strong>\u76f8\u4f4d\u6d4b\u5e8f\u5c06\u53d1\u6325\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528<\/strong> \u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u7d27\u51d1\u578b\u3001\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p><p>\u7845\u6e90\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\uff08SISTC\uff09\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848<\/strong> \u9488\u5bf9\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62\u3001\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u667a\u80fd\u97f3\u9891\u8bbe\u5907\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4f18\u5316\u3002<\/p><blockquote
