<strong>\u667a\u80fd\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u97f3\u9891\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u914d\u5907\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u540e\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u53ef\u4ee5\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230 <strong>\u5230\u8fbe\u65b9\u5411<\/strong> \u6216 <strong>\u5230\u8fbe\u89d2\uff08AoA\uff09<\/strong> \u58f0\u6e90\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u529f\u80fd <strong>\u8bed\u97f3\u8ddf\u8e2a<\/strong>, <strong>\u57fa\u4e8e\u58f0\u97f3\u7684\u4eba\u673a\u4ea4\u4e92<\/strong>\u4ee5\u53ca <strong>\u5ba4\u5185\u58f0\u5b66\u7ed8\u56fe<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf <strong>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217<\/strong> \u662f\u591a\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u6027\u6392\u5217\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5 <strong>\u7ebf\u5f62<\/strong>, <strong>\u77e9\u5f62<\/strong>\u6216 <strong>\u516d\u89d2\u5f62<\/strong> \u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<br>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9635\u5217\u53ef\u4ee5\u6355\u6349\u4ece\u4e0d\u540c\u65b9\u5411\u4f20\u6765\u7684\u58f0\u6ce2\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u8ba1\u7b97\u6a21\u578b\u4f30\u7b97\u58f0\u97f3\u7684\u6765\u6e90\u3002<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u4ece\u539f\u7406\u4e0a\u8bb2\uff0c\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9635\u5217\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u4e0e\u65e0\u7ebf\u901a\u4fe1\u4e2d\u7684\u5929\u7ebf\u9635\u5217\u975e\u5e38\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u4f46\u9488\u5bf9\u7684\u662f\u58f0\u6ce2\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote><p>\u4f8b\u5982 <strong>4 \u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7ebf\u6027\u9635\u5217<\/strong> \u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u68c0\u6d4b\u58f0\u97f3\u5230\u8fbe\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5dee\uff08TDOA\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u51e0\u4f55\u548c\u4fe1\u53f7\u5904\u7406\u8ba1\u7b97 AoA\u3002<\/p><figure \u7684\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff0c\u58f0\u97f3\u5230\u8fbe\u65f6\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u4e3a \u03b8theta\u03b8\u3002<br>\u58f0\u97f3\u8def\u5f84\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86 <strong>\u65f6\u95f4\u5ef6\u8fdf\uff08\u0394t\uff09<\/strong> \u7ed9\u51fa\uff1a\u0394t=dcos(\u03b8)c\\Delta t = \\frac{d \\cos(\\theta)}{c}\u0394t=cdcos(\u03b8)<\/p><p>\u5176\u4e2d\uff0cccc \u662f\u97f3\u901f\uff08~340 \u7c73\/\u79d2\uff09\u3002<br>\u901a\u8fc7\u6d4b\u91cf \u0394t\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba1\u7b97\u51fa\u5230\u8fbe\u89d2\uff1a \u03b8=arccos(\u0394t\u22c5cd)\\theta = \\arccos\\left(\\frac{Delta t \\cdot c}{d}\\right)\u03b8=arccos(d\u0394t\u22c5c)<\/p><p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6269\u5c55\u5230 180\uff1b\n<\/code><\/pre><p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u7b97\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u4f30\u7b97\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f <strong>\u6ce2\u675f\u6210\u5f62<\/strong>, <strong>\u964d\u566a<\/strong>\u4ee5\u53ca <strong>\u6e90\u5206\u79bb<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.\u591a\u9635\u5217\u4fe1\u53f7\u6e90\u5b9a\u4f4d<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u6765\u81ea \u58f0\u6e90\u3002<br>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9635\u5217\u4f30\u7b97\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4ea4\u53c9\u70b9\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u786e\u5207\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e--\u8fd9\u4e00\u539f\u7406\u4e5f\u7528\u4e8e <strong>\u58f0\u5f3a\u6307\u7eb9\u8bc6\u522b<\/strong> - \u5206\u6790\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u591a\u4e2a\u9891\u7387\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u5f3a\u5ea6\u5206\u5e03\u3002<br>\u5728\u795e\u7ecf\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u58f0\u97f3 \"\u6307\u7eb9 \"\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9884\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u7f51\u683c\u5185\u5bf9\u8bbe\u5907\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u5728\u5ba4\u5185\u8fbe\u5230\u5398\u7c73\u7ea7\u7684\u7cbe\u786e\u5ea6\u3002<\/p><p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u6df7\u5408\u65b9\u6cd5\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86
