<strong>\u4e0d\u589e\u52a0\u7535\u6c60\u4f53\u79ef\u6216\u7845\u7247\u6210\u672c<\/strong>.\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u5728\u4e8e <strong>\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u8ba1\u7b97\u4e0e\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u667a\u80fd MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce (MEMS MIC) \u76f8\u7ed3\u5408<\/strong> \u5b83\u80fd\u6355\u6349\u9ad8\u4fdd\u771f\u97f3\u9891\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5b9e\u73b0\u8d85\u4f4e\u529f\u8017\u7684\u59cb\u7ec8\u5728\u7ebf\u8fd0\u884c\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728 <strong>\u65e0\u9521\u7845\u6e90\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08SISTC\uff09<\/strong>\u6211\u4eec\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/sistc.com\/zh\/product\/smart-mems-microphone\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">\u667a\u80fd MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/mark><\/a> \u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e00\u542c\u89c9\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u65b0\u65f6\u4ee3\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6846\u67b6\u76d2\uff1a\u8033\u585e\u5fc5\u987b\u9002\u5408\u4ec0\u4e48<\/h2><p>\u73b0\u4ee3\u8033\u585e\u548c\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u6b63\u5728\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u529f\u80fd\u4e5f\u5728\u91cd\u53e0\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u5b9e\u65f6\u8bed\u97f3\u589e\u5f3a<\/strong> \u7528\u4e8e\u901a\u8bdd\u548c\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\u566a\u97f3\u6291\u5236\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5524\u9192\u8bcd\u68c0\u6d4b + SLU\uff08\u53e3\u8bed\u7406\u89e3\uff09 + \u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b<\/strong> \u5b9e\u73b0\u514d\u63d0\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u81ea\u9002\u5e94\u5747\u8861\u3001ANC \u548c\u53cd\u9988\u6d88\u9664<\/strong> \u5b9e\u73b0\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u97f3\u8d28\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5065\u8eab\u8ffd\u8e2a<\/strong> \u4f7f\u7528 IMU \u548c\u5149\u5b66\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8981\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u786c\u5e01\u5927\u5c0f\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u4eec\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7aef\u5230\u7aef\u97f3\u9891\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4e3a <strong>4-10 \u6beb\u79d2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u59cb\u7ec8\u76d1\u542c\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u95f2\u7f6e\u5728 <strong>\u5fae\u74e6\u7ea7<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6709\u9650\u7684\u7247\u4e0a SRAM \u548c\u95ea\u5b58<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f <strong>\u667a\u80fd MEMS MIC + \u538b\u7f29\u6280\u672f<\/strong> \u8fdb\u6765<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u538b\u7f29\u662f\u590d\u6570\uff1a\u9002\u5408\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5806\u6808<\/h2><p>\u8981\u5728\u5fae\u578b\u7845\u7247\u4e0a\u8fd0\u884c\u591a\u4e2a\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u4f9d\u9760 <strong>\u538b\u7f29\u6280\u672f\u5806\u6808<\/strong>:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u91cf\u5316<\/strong> - \u5c06\u6a21\u578b\u5927\u5c0f\u6700\u591a\u7f29\u5c0f 4 \u500d\uff08float32 \u2192 INT8\uff09\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5c06\u8d28\u91cf\u635f\u5931\u964d\u5230\u6700\u4f4e\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6743\u91cd\u7a00\u758f\u6027<\/strong> - \u524a\u51cf\u53c2\u6570\u591a\u8fbe 90%\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5185\u5b58\u548c\u8ba1\u7b97\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7a00\u758f\u6027<\/strong> - \u5229\u7528\u8bed\u97f3\u4e2d\u7684\u81ea\u7136 \"\u7a81\u53d1 \"\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u8df3\u8fc7\u591a\u4f59\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5efa\u7b51\u5851\u9020<\/strong> - \u5229\u7528\u7d27\u51d1\u65f6\u5e8f\u5377\u79ef\uff08TCN\uff09\u548c\u9012\u5f52\u795e\u7ecf\u7f51\u7edc\uff08RNN\uff09\u5b9e\u73b0\u4f4e\u5ef6\u8fdf\u6d41\u5f0f\u97f3\u9891\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6280\u672f\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5 <strong>\u6709\u6548\u8fd0\u884c\u6b21\u6570\u51cf\u5c11 33 \u500d<\/strong>-\u4f7f\u8fd0\u884c <strong>\u8bed\u97f3\u589e\u5f3a\u3001\u5524\u9192\u8bcd\u68c0\u6d4b\u3001SLU \u548c ANC \u540c\u65f6\u8fdb\u884c<\/strong> \u4f4e\u529f\u8017\u8033\u585e\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u4f53\u5b9e\u4f8b\uff1a\u667a\u80fd MEMS MIC + \u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5806\u6808<\/h2><p>\u5178\u578b\u7684 <strong>\u8bed\u97f3\u589e\u5f3a\u6a21\u578b<\/strong> \u6709 ~6M \u4e2a\u53c2\u6570\uff08\u6d6e\u70b9\u7cbe\u5ea6\u4e3a ~24 MB\uff09\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u538b\u7f29<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u4e0e <strong>INT8 \u91cf\u5316<\/strong> \u2192 ~6 MB<\/li>\n\n<li>\u4e0e <strong>90% \u7a00\u758f<\/strong> \u2192 ~600 KB<\/li>\n\n<li>\u6fc0\u6d3b\u91cd\u590d\u4f7f\u7528 \u2192 ~700 KB \u603b\u5360\u7528\u7a7a\u95f4<\/li><\/ul><p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u7f29\u51cf\u53ef\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08\u5524\u9192\u8bcd\u3001\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b\u3001ANC\uff09\u5171\u5b58\u3002 <strong>1 MB SRAM<\/strong> \u65e0\u5916\u90e8 DRAM\u3002<\/p><p>\u5f53\u4e0e <strong>\u667a\u80fd MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/strong>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\u53ef\u4ee5<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u8fd0\u884c <strong>4-8 \u6beb\u79d2\u7684\u4f4e\u5ef6\u8fdf\u53bb\u566a<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u4ec5\u6d88\u8017 <strong>1-2 \u6beb\u74e6<\/strong> \u7528\u4e8e\u59cb\u7ec8\u4fdd\u6301\u8fd0\u884c\u72b6\u6001<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5de5\u4f5c\u8d1f\u8f7d\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4e5f\u80fd\u5ef6\u957f\u7535\u6c60\u5bff\u547d<\/li><\/ul><figure <strong>\u97f3\u9891\u8d28\u91cf\u4ece\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5f00\u59cb<\/strong>.MEMS MIC \u6280\u672f\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u9ad8\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\u548c\u4f4e\u672c\u5e95\u566a\u58f0<\/strong>\u8fd9\u5bf9\u51c6\u786e\u8bc6\u522b\u8bed\u97f3\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5bbd\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4<\/strong> \u65e2\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u67d4\u548c\u7684\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5608\u6742\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4f4e\u529f\u8017\u8fd0\u884c<\/strong> \u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u538b\u7f29\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5806\u6808\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u667a\u80fd\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf MIC \u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u8fd8\u662f <strong>\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u4fc3\u8fdb\u56e0\u7d20<\/strong>.\u901a\u8fc7\u6355\u6349\u66f4\u7eaf\u51c0\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u4e0b\u6e38\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u590d\u6742\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5728\u529f\u8017\u548c\u5185\u5b58\u9884\u7b97\u7d27\u5f20\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5b9e\u73b0\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p><h2 \u5c06\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u6d88\u8d39\u97f3\u9891\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728 SISTC\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u63a8\u52a8\u8fd9\u4e00\u8f6c\u53d8--\u5e2e\u52a9\u539f\u59cb\u8bbe\u5907\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5728\u4e0d\u589e\u52a0\u7535\u6c60\u9884\u7b97\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c06\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5927\u8111\u88c5\u5165\u65b0\u82bd\u3002<\/p><p>\ud83d\udcd6
