\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u88ab\u5d4c\u5165\u5230\u6570\u4ee5\u767e\u4e07\u8ba1\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u7535\u6c14\u63a5\u53e3<strong>\u6a21\u62df\u91cf<\/strong>, <strong>PDM<\/strong>\u4ee5\u53ca <strong>I\u00b2S<\/strong>-\u662f\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9009\u62e9\u6b63\u786e\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6d41\u884c\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u63a5\u53e3\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u8f83\uff0c\u5e76\u63a2\u8ba8\u5176\u7cfb\u7edf\u7ea7\u6743\u8861\u548c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u67b6\u6784<\/h2><p>\u6807\u51c6\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c01\u88c5\u5185\u5305\u542b\u4e24\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u90e8\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u5c06\u58f0\u538b\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u7535\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684 MEMS \u819c\u7247\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li>\u653e\u5927\u5668\u82af\u7247\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u6a21\u6570\u8f6c\u6362\u5668 (ADC)<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5f53\u6ca1\u6709\u96c6\u6210 ADC \u65f6\uff0c\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>\u6a21\u62df\u8f93\u51fa<\/strong>.\u901a\u8fc7\u677f\u8f7d\u6a21\u6570\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\uff0c\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u53ef\u8f93\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u6570\u5b57\u4fe1\u53f7<\/strong>-\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5728 <strong>PDM<\/strong> \u6216 <strong>I\u00b2S<\/strong> \u683c\u5f0f\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6a21\u62df MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff1a\u7b80\u5355\u3001\u4f4e\u529f\u8017<\/h2><p>\u6a21\u62df MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u63a5\u53e3\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f4e\u8f93\u51fa\u963b\u6297\u7684\u9884\u653e\u5927\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002\u8be5\u4fe1\u53f7\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u4e3b\u673a\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0a\u7684\u5916\u90e8\u653e\u5927\u5668\u6216 ADC\u3002<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3b\u8981\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8003\u8651\u56e0\u7d20<\/h3><p>\u4e3a\u9632\u6b62\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u548c\u4e3b\u673a\u8f93\u5165\u7aef\u4e4b\u95f4\u51fa\u73b0\u76f4\u6d41\u5931\u914d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5728\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u548c\u4e3b\u673a\u8f93\u5165\u7aef\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b89\u88c5\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u76f4\u6d41\u963b\u65ad\u7535\u5bb9\u5668 (C1)<\/strong> \u4e0e\u7535\u963b\u5668 (R1) \u4e00\u8d77\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u9ad8\u901a\u6ee4\u6ce2\u5668\u5fc5\u987b\u5141\u8bb8\u4f4e\u81f3 20 Hz \u7684\u9891\u7387\uff1a<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">   1 \/ (2\u03c0 \u00d7 R1 \u00d7 C1) &lt; 20 \u8d6b\u5179<\/p><p>\u2705 <strong>\u4f18\u52bf<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u964d\u4f4e\u529f\u8017<\/li>\n\n<li>\u7b80\u5316\u4fe1\u53f7\u94fe<\/li>\n\n<li>\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6a21\u62df\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li><\/ul><figure class=\"wp-block-image \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff1a\u7ed3\u6784\u7d27\u51d1\u3001\u6297\u566a<\/h2><p><strong>\u8109\u51b2\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8c03\u5236\uff08PDM\uff09<\/strong> \u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u6570\u5b57\u8f93\u51fa\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u903b\u8f91\u9ad8\u7535\u5e73\u7684\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4ee3\u8868\u4fe1\u53f7\u632f\u5e45\u3002PDM \u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u56e0\u5176\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4f18\u70b9\u800c\u5e7f\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u6297\u7535\u566a\u58f0\u80fd\u529b\u5f3a<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u7b80\u6613\u7acb\u4f53\u58f0\u8bbe\u7f6e<\/strong> \u4f7f\u7528\u5171\u4eab\u65f6\u949f\/\u6570\u636e\u7ebf<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u914d\u7f6e<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u4f7f\u7528 <strong>\u9009\u62e9\u5f15\u811a<\/strong> (\u8fde\u63a5\u81f3 GND \u6216 VDD\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u6570\u636e\u662f\u5728\u65f6\u949f\u4e0a\u5347\u6cbf\u8fd8\u662f\u4e0b\u964d\u6cbf\u4f20\u8f93\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li>\u53cc\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u53ef\u5171\u4eab\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6570\u636e\u7ebf\u548c\u65f6\u949f\u7ebf\uff0c\u4f46\u8fb9\u6cbf\u5206\u914d\u76f8\u53cd\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\ud83d\udd27 <strong>\u5e94\u7528\u6280\u5de7\uff1a<\/strong> \u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u7acb\u4f53\u58f0\u5f55\u97f3\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u65f6\u949f\u4e0a\u914d\u7f6e\u4e24\u4e2a PDM Sound\uff09\u8f93\u51fa\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5177\u6709\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u4fe1\u53f7\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bbe\u5907\u5305\u62ec<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u7247\u4e0a\u62bd\u53d6\u6ee4\u6ce2\u5668<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6807\u51c6\u97f3\u9891\u91c7\u6837\u7387<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4e0e DSP \u6216\u5fae\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u76f4\u63a5\u8fde\u63a5<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u4e0e PDM \u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cI\u00b2S \u65e0\u9700\u5916\u90e8 ADC \u6216\u62bd\u53d6\u6ee4\u6ce2\u5668\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u7cfb\u7edf\u590d\u6742\u6027\u3002<\/p><p>\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f <strong>I\u00b2S \u53cc\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u8bbe\u7f6e<\/strong><br>\u4e24\u4e2a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u53ef\u4ee5\u5171\u4eab\u540c\u4e00\u6761\u6570\u636e\u7ebf\uff0c\u4f46\u9700\u8981\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u4f4d\u65f6\u949f\u548c\u5b57\u65f6\u949f\u3002<\/p><figure I\u00b2S\uff09\u63a8\u8350\u7528\u4e8e\u5e26\u6709\u6570\u5b57\u4fe1\u53f7\u5904\u7406\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u8bed\u97f3\u52a9\u624b\u6216\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p><h2
