\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4fe1\u53f7\u94fe\u524d\u7aef\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u9009\u62e9 <strong>\u5408\u9002\u7684\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668<\/strong> \u662f\u5b9e\u73b0\u6700\u4f73\u97f3\u9891\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u524d\u7f6e\u653e\u5927\u5668\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u653e\u5927\u6765\u81ea MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u5fae\u5c0f\u6a21\u62df\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528 <strong>\u4fdd\u6301\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4 (SNR)<\/strong>, <strong>\u6700\u5927\u5316\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4<\/strong>\u4ee5\u53ca <strong>\u51cf\u5c11\u5931\u771f<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4e3a\u4f55\u9009\u62e9\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u5bf9 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981<\/strong><\/h3><p>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff0c\u5982 <strong>ADMP504<\/strong>-\u901a\u5e38\u56f4\u7ed5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u9762\u63d0\u4f9b\u654f\u611f\u6027 <strong>-38 dBV<\/strong> \u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\u4e3a <strong>65 \u5206\u8d1d<\/strong>\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u56fa\u6709\u81ea\u566a\u58f0\u3002 <strong>-103 dBV<\/strong>.\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u6301\u8fd9\u79cd\u6027\u80fd\uff0c <strong>\u524d\u7f6e\u653e\u5927\u5668\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u7684\u672c\u5e95\u566a\u58f0\u5e94\u81f3\u5c11\u4f4e 10 dB<\/strong>\u6700\u597d\u662f <strong>\u4f4e\u4e8e -113 dBV<\/strong>\u7684\u7535\u538b\u566a\u58f0\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002 <strong>15.9 nV\/\u221aHz<\/strong> \u6216\u5728 20 kHz \u5e26\u5bbd\u4e0a\u66f4\u597d\u3002<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\ud83d\udd17 \u6b63\u5728\u5bfb\u627e\u4e13\u4e3a\u4f4e\u566a\u58f0\u97f3\u9891\u5e94\u7528\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff1f<br>\u8bbf\u95ee\u6211\u4eec\u7684 <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sistc.com\/zh\/product-category\/mems-microphone\/\">\u4ea7\u54c1\u76ee\u5f55<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4e3a MEMS \u97f3\u9891\u524d\u7f6e\u653e\u5927\u5668\u9009\u62e9\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u65f6\u7684\u5173\u952e\u53c2\u6570<\/strong><\/h3><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>\u566a\u97f3\u6027\u80fd<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u566a\u97f3\u5206\u4e3a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u7535\u538b\u566a\u58f0\uff08\u4e3b\u8981\uff09<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u7535\u6d41\u566a\u58f0\uff08\u4e0e\u9ad8\u963b\u6e90\u6709\u5173\uff09<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u9009\u62e9\u5177\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668 <strong>\u4f4e\u7535\u538b\u566a\u58f0\u5bc6\u5ea6<\/strong>\u6700\u597d\u5728 <strong>10 nV\/\u221aHz<\/strong> \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982 <strong>ADA4075-2<\/strong> \u566a\u97f3\u7535\u538b\u4ec5\u4e3a <strong>0.395 \u03bcV<\/strong> \u5728 20 kHz \u5e26\u5bbd\u4e0a\uff0c\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a <strong>-128 dBV<\/strong>-\u8fdc\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u672c\u5e95\u566a\u58f0\u3002<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u4e13\u4e1a\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u907f\u514d\u5728\u8f93\u5165\u7f51\u7edc\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad8\u963b\u503c\u7535\u963b\u5668\uff08&gt;10 k\u03a9\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u7535\u6d41\u566a\u58f0\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>\u538b\u6446\u7387<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u538b\u6446\u7387\u5b9a\u4e49\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u8f93\u51fa\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5168\u9891\u97f3\u9891\u4fe1\u53f7\uff08\u5982 8.5 VRMS \u8f93\u51fa\u6216 20 kHz \u65f6\u7684 12 V \u5cf0\u503c\uff09\uff0c\u6240\u9700\u7684\u538b\u6446\u7387\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p><pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\u56de\u8f6c\u901f\u7387 \u2265 2\u03c0 \u00d7 fMAX \u00d7 Vpeak = 1.5 V\/\u03bcs<code><br><\/code><\/pre><p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u771f\u5b9e\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u4fe1\u53f7\u5f88\u5c11\u4f1a\u8fbe\u5230\u5982\u6b64\u9ad8\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f46\u8fbe\u5230\u6216\u8d85\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e00\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u9ad8\u7535\u5e73\u77ac\u6001\u4e0b\u7684\u51c0\u7a7a\u3002<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>\u603b\u8c10\u6ce2\u5931\u771f + \u566a\u97f3 (THD+N)<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u4f4e THD+N \u5bf9\u97f3\u9891\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u5355\u4f4d\u662f <strong>% \u6216 dB<\/strong> \u901a\u5e38\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u8f93\u51fa\u6446\u5e45<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8d1f\u8f7d\u963b\u6297<\/li>\n\n<li>\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u7ebf\u6027\u5ea6<\/li><\/ul><p>\u4e3a\u97f3\u9891\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u5e94\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>&lt;0.001% thd+n<\/strong> \u5178\u578b\u4ea7\u51fa\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u6574\u4e2a\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>\u7535\u6e90\u6548\u7387<\/strong><\/h4><p>\u5728 <strong>\u7535\u6c60\u4f9b\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong>\u5728\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907\u6216\u4fbf\u643a\u5f0f\u5f55\u97f3\u673a\u7b49\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u4f4e\u9759\u6001\u7535\u6d41\u3002\u9009\u62e9\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u65f6\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u70b9<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u652f\u6301\u8f68\u5bf9\u8f68\u8fd0\u884c<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5728\u4f4e\u7535\u538b\uff081.8-3.3 V\uff09\u4e0b\u9ad8\u6548\u5de5\u4f5c<\/li>\n\n<li>\u5e73\u8861\u6027\u80fd\u4e0e\u7535\u6d41\u6d88\u8017\uff08\u4f8b\u5982 &lt;500 \u03bcA\uff09<\/li><\/ul><p>\u67d0\u4e9b\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u63d0\u4f9b <strong>\u5173\u673a\u6a21\u5f0f<\/strong> \u4ee5\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\u7a7a\u8f7d\u529f\u7387\u3002<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5176\u4ed6\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8003\u8651\u56e0\u7d20<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u5e26\u5bbd<\/strong>:\u786e\u4fdd\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\u652f\u6301\u81f3\u5c11 100 kHz \u7684\u5e26\u5bbd\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u5168\u97f3\u57df\u97f3\u9891\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5305\u88c5\u7c7b\u578b<\/strong>:\u9009\u62e9\u91c7\u7528\u7d27\u51d1\u578b SOT-23\u3001SC70 \u6216 WLCSP \u5c01\u88c5\u7684\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u8def\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u5fae\u578b\u524d\u7f6e\u653e\u5927\u5668 PCB \u4e2d\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>PSRR \u548c CMRR<\/strong>:\u9ad8\u7535\u6e90\u548c\u5171\u6a21\u6291\u5236\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u51cf\u5c11\u6df7\u5408\u4fe1\u53f7\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u5e72\u6270\u3002<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6458\u8981<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65f6 <strong>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u524d\u7f6e\u653e\u5927\u5668<\/strong>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u5bf9\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u8fdb\u884c\u4f18\u5316\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u7535\u538b\u566a\u58f0\u5bc6\u5ea6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u538b\u6446\u7387<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>THD+N<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u8017\u7535\u91cf<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u9009\u62e9\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u5e73\u8861\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u8fd0\u7b97\u653e\u5927\u5668\uff0c\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u8f93\u51fa\u4fe1\u53f7\u5f97\u5230\u653e\u5927 <strong>\u5e72\u51c0\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u3001\u9ad8\u6548<\/strong>\u7ed3\u679c\u662f <strong>\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u7ea7\u97f3\u9891\u4fdd\u771f\u5ea6<\/strong>.<\/p><blockquote
