<strong>\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5168\u7cfb\u5217 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848<\/strong>:<br><a class=\"\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u8bbe\u8ba1\u521b\u65b0\uff1a\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\u7684\u72ed\u7f1d\u8fb9\u7f18\u819c<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u6a21\u5757\u56f4\u7ed5\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u7535\u5bb9\u5f0f\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong> \u7279\u8272 <strong>\u88c2\u7247\u819c<\/strong>.\u8fd9\u79cd\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7f13\u89e3\u819c\u7247\u4e2d\u7684\u6b8b\u4f59\u5e94\u529b\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a\u5176\u5728\u632f\u52a8\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002 <strong>\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4 (SNR) \u4e3a 62.4 dB<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u4e3b\u8981\u4e1a\u7ee9\u4eae\u70b9\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u2705 <strong>62.4 \u5206\u8d1d\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4<\/strong> \u63d0\u9ad8\u8bed\u97f3\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6<\/li>\n\n<li>\u2705 \u51cf\u5c11\u6b8b\u4f59\u5e94\u529b\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u819c\u7075\u654f\u5ea6<\/li>\n\n<li>\u2705 \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6c7d\u8f66\u73af\u5883\u7684\u8010\u7528 MEMS \u7ed3\u6784<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5355\u5411\u58f0\u5b66\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u4e3a\u5b9e\u73b0\u5b9a\u5411\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u6a21\u5757\u91c7\u7528\u4e86 <strong>\u53cc\u58f0\u5b66\u7aef\u53e3<\/strong>-\u7528 <strong>\u591a\u5b54 SU-8 \u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668<\/strong> \u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u4e00\u4fa7\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u5c31\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u76f8\u4f4d\u5ef6\u8fdf<\/strong>\u901a\u8fc7\u6291\u5236\u6765\u81ea\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u566a\u97f3\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5355\u5411\u63a5\u6536\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u5b9a\u5411\u4f18\u52bf\uff1a<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\ud83c\udfaf <strong>\u524d\u540e\u6bd4\u4e3a 27.1 dB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\ud83c\udfa4 \u9002\u7528\u4e8e <strong>\u514d\u63d0\u6c7d\u8f66\u901a\u8baf<\/strong> \u4e0e <strong>\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u4e0e\u6c7d\u8f66\u7ea7\u7cfb\u7edf\u96c6\u6210\u517c\u5bb9<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u8be5 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u6a21\u5757\u5c24\u5176\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7528\u9014<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u8f66\u8f7d\u8bed\u97f3\u52a9\u624b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6c7d\u8f66\u4fe1\u606f\u5a31\u4e50\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u76d1\u63a7\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u667a\u80fd\u9a7e\u9a76\u8231\u73af\u5883<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u60a8\u5728\u5bfb\u627e\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u975e\u6c7d\u8f66\u73af\u5883\u7684\u7d27\u51d1\u578b\u9ad8 SNR \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5417\uff1f\u67e5\u770b\u6211\u4eec\u7684 <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sistc.com\/zh\/product-category\/mems-microphone\/\">MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7cfb\u5217<\/a> \u7528\u4e8e\u6d88\u8d39\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u7269\u8054\u7f51\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4e3a\u4f55\u5c06 SiSTC \u7528\u4e8e MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u51ed\u501f\u5728\u58f0\u5b66\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08MEMS\uff09\u548c\u5c01\u88c5\u96c6\u6210\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5148\u8fdb\u7814\u53d1\u6280\u672f\uff0cSiSTC \u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u6a21\u5757
