CMOS\/MEMS \u5de5\u827a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5236\u9020 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5d4c\u5165\u5f0f\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5f53\u4eca\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u5bb6\u5c45\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\u5bf9\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4e2d\u7684\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\uff1f<\/h2><p>\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf <strong>\u7535\u8377\u6cf5<\/strong> \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u76f4\u6d41-\u76f4\u6d41\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u7535\u5bb9\u5668\u6765\u5347\u9ad8\u6216\u964d\u4f4e\u7535\u538b\u3002\u5728\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4e2d\uff0c\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u6052\u5b9a\u9759\u7535\u504f\u538b<\/strong> \u819c\u7247\u548c\u80cc\u677f\u7ec4\u4ef6\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5f62\u6210\u9ad8\u963b\u6297\u7535\u5bb9\u5f0f\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u8be5\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u53ef\u68c0\u6d4b\u58f0\u6ce2\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u5fae\u5c0f\u6c14\u538b\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3b\u8981\u804c\u80fd<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u4fdd\u6301 <strong>\u7a33\u5b9a\u7535\u573a<\/strong> \u9694\u819c\u548c\u80cc\u677f\u4e4b\u95f4<\/li>\n\n<li>\u786e\u4fdd <strong>\u7ebf\u6027\u4fe1\u53f7\u8f6c\u6362<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u6539\u5584 <strong>\u7075\u654f\u5ea6<\/strong> \u4e0e <strong>\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>\u589e\u5f3a <strong>\u529f\u7387\u6548\u7387<\/strong>\u5c24\u5176\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6570\u5b57 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5982\u679c\u6ca1\u6709\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u7535\u8377\uff0c\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u5c31\u4f1a\u968f\u7535\u538b\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u6ce2\u52a8\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5931\u771f\u548c\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4 (SNR) \u4f4e\u4e0b\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3a\u4f55\u5bf9\u97f3\u8d28\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981<\/h2><p>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u6df1\u53d7\u5176\u4fdd\u6301\u7a33\u5b9a\u9759\u7535\u573a\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u58f0\u5b66\u7075\u654f\u5ea6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9ad8\u538b\u548c\u4f4e\u538b\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u4fdd\u771f\u5ea6<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4f4e\u603b\u8c10\u6ce2\u5931\u771f (THD)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u59cb\u7ec8\u5728\u7ebf\u8bed\u97f3\u52a9\u624b\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u8017\u7535\u91cf<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u5728\u6570\u5b57 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4e2d\uff0c\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\u4e0e ADC\uff08\u6a21\u6570\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\uff09\u548c\u566a\u58f0\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e00\u8d77\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u83b7\u5f97\u5e72\u51c0\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u97f3\u9891\u6d41\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8de8\u884c\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528<\/h2><p>\u96c6\u6210\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\u7684\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9886\u57df\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong> (\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u8868\u3001\u5065\u8eab\u8ffd\u8e2a\u5668\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u58f0\u63a7\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong> (\u667a\u80fd\u626c\u58f0\u5668\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u52a9\u7406\uff09<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>TWS \u8033\u673a\u548c\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u548c\u533b\u7597\u76d1\u6d4b<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5de5\u4e1a\u7269\u8054\u7f51\u73af\u5883<\/strong> \u9700\u8981\u566a\u58f0\u68c0\u6d4b\u6216\u8bed\u97f3\u63a7\u5236<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u4eec\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848<\/h2><p>\u5728 SISTC\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ec4\u5408\u5305\u62ec\u5229\u7528\u7535\u8377\u6cf5\u6280\u672f\u5b9e\u73b0\u6700\u4f73\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u6a21\u62df\u548c\u6570\u5b57 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4ea7\u54c1\u7c7b\u522b<\/a><\/p><p>\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u662f\u8981\u5236\u9020\u7d27\u51d1\u578b\u58f0\u63a7\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u8fd8\u662f\u9ad8\u7ea7\u97f3\u9891\u91c7\u96c6\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b
