{"id":15160,"date":"2025-05-22T12:40:21","date_gmt":"2025-05-22T12:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sistc.com\/?p=15160"},"modified":"2025-05-22T12:40:23","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T12:40:23","slug":"what-is-the-response-of-a-mems-microphone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sistc.com\/zh\/what-is-the-response-of-a-mems-microphone\/","title":{"rendered":"\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\uff1f"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u5728\u97f3\u9891\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u7684 \"\u54cd\u5e94 \"\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u5b83\u5c06\u58f0\u97f3\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u7535\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e MEMS\uff08\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\uff09\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5176\u54cd\u5e94\u7279\u6027\uff08\u5982\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u3001\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u3001\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4\u548c\u77ac\u6001\u884c\u4e3a\uff09\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e3a\u5e94\u7528\u5339\u914d\u5408\u9002\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5bf9\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u53c2\u6570\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u7ec6\u5206\uff0c\u5e76\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u5982\u4f55\u8bc4\u4f30 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"588\" src=\"https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15161\" style=\"width:433px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471-1024x588.png 1024w, https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471-300x172.png 300w, https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471-768x441.png 768w, https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471-18x10.png 18w, https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471-600x345.png 600w, https:\/\/sistc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/\u578b\u53f7\u56fe\u72471.png 1464w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94<\/h2><p><strong>\u5b9a\u4e49<\/strong> \u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u66f2\u7ebf\u663e\u793a\u8f93\u51fa\u7535\u5e73\u968f\u8f93\u5165\u58f0\u9891\uff08\u6d88\u8d39\u7c7b\u97f3\u9891\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a 20 Hz \u81f3 20 kHz\uff09\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u5e73\u9762\u54cd\u5e94\uff1a<\/strong> \u8be5\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u662f\u7cbe\u786e\u5f55\u97f3\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u4e4b\u9009\uff0c\u80fd\u4ee5\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u97f3\u91cf\u91cd\u73b0\u6240\u6709\u9891\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u56de\u5e94\uff1a<\/strong> \u6709\u4e9b MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u4f1a\u589e\u5f3a\u6216\u8870\u51cf\u4f4e\u97f3\u6216\u9ad8\u97f3\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u8bed\u97f3\u6216\u6291\u5236\u566a\u97f3\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u67e5\u770b\u6570\u636e\u8868\u65f6\uff0c\u8bf7\u67e5\u627e\u663e\u793a \u00b13 dB \u6216 \u00b11 dB \u504f\u5dee\u70b9\u7684\u66f2\u7ebf\u56fe\uff0c\u8fd9\u8868\u793a\u53ef\u7528\u5e26\u5bbd\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\uff08SNR\uff09<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u7075\u654f\u5ea6<\/strong> \u8861\u91cf\u6bcf\u5355\u4f4d\u58f0\u538b\uff08dB SPL\uff09\u7684\u7535\u8f93\u51fa\u91cf\uff08\u4ee5 mV \u6216 dBV \u4e3a\u5355\u4f4d\uff09\u3002\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6240\u9700\u7684\u653e\u5927\u5668\u589e\u76ca\u5c31\u8d8a\u5c0f\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4<\/strong> (\u5355\u4f4d\u4e3a dB\uff09\u5c06\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5728\u53c2\u8003\u58f0\u538b\u7ea7\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a 94 dB\uff09\u4e0b\u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u7535\u5e73\u4e0e\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u672c\u5e95\u566a\u58f0\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5728\u5b89\u9759\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u80fd\u6355\u6349\u5230\u66f4\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u3002<\/li><\/ul><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>\u5c0f\u8d34\u58eb<\/strong> \u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u4e3a -38 dBV\uff0c\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\u5927\u4e8e 60 dB \u662f\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u548c\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907\u7b49\u6d88\u8d39\u7c7b\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u5171\u540c\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4\u548c\u58f0\u5b66\u8fc7\u8f7d\u70b9 (AOP)<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4<\/strong> = AOP - \u566a\u97f3\u5e95\u9650\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>AOP<\/strong> \u662f\u4f20\u58f0\u5668\u5728\u4e0d\u5931\u771f\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u53ef\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u58f0\u538b\u7ea7\uff08\u4f8b\u5982 125 dB SPL\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u6848\u4f8b\uff1a<\/strong> \u5bf9\u4e8e\u9ad8\u97f3\u91cf\u73af\u5883\uff08\u97f3\u4e50\u5385\u3001\u673a\u68b0\u8bbe\u5907\uff09\uff0c\u8bf7\u9009\u62e9 AOP \u2265 130 dB \u4e14\u52a8\u6001\u8303\u56f4\u8f83\u5bbd\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u3002<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.\u77ac\u6001\u54cd\u5e94<\/h2><p><strong>\u77ac\u6001\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u632f\u819c\u5bf9\u58f0\u97f3\u7a81\u53d8\uff08\u5982\u6253\u51fb\u58f0\uff09\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u901f\u5ea6\u3002MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5177\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4f18\u70b9<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u4f4e\u8d28\u91cf\u9694\u819c<\/strong> \u5feb\u901f\u54cd\u5e94\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u94c3\u58f0\u6700\u5c0f\u5316<\/strong> (\u8fc7\u51b2\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u97f3\u7b26\u542c\u8d77\u6765\u81ea\u7136\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5236\u9020\u5546\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u8109\u51b2\u54cd\u5e94\u56fe\u6216\u4e0a\u5347\u65f6\u95f4\u89c4\u683c\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/h2><p>\u5728 <strong>\u65e0\u9521\u7845\u6e90\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong>\u6211\u4eec\u7684 <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/sistc.com\/zh\/product\/digital-mems-microphone\/\">\u6570\u5b57 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7cfb\u5217<\/a> \u662f\u6839\u636e\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u66f2\u7ebf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\uff1a<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u5bbd\u5e7f\u3001\u5e73\u5766\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u5b9e\u73b0\u903c\u771f\u7684\u8bed\u97f3\u548c\u4e50\u5668\u6355\u6349<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9ad8\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4<\/strong> (\u6700\u9ad8 64 dB\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u4f4e\u566a\u97f3\u5f55\u97f3<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>AOP \u9ad8\u8fbe 130 \u5206\u8d1d\u58f0\u538b\u7ea7<\/strong> \u53ef\u5e94\u5bf9\u5608\u6742\u7684\u73af\u5883\u800c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u524a\u6ce2<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5feb\u901f\u77ac\u6001\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u5b9e\u73b0\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u6253\u51fb\u4e50\u548c\u8bed\u97f3\u7ec6\u5fae\u5dee\u522b<\/li><\/ul><p>\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u662f\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u667a\u80fd\u626c\u58f0\u5668\u3001\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u8fd8\u662f\u5de5\u4e1a\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u5177\u6709\u6b63\u786e\u54cd\u5e94\u7279\u6027\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u90fd\u80fd\u786e\u4fdd\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u66f4\u591a\u9605\u8bfb<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u6a21\u62df\u5668\u4ef6 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u57fa\u7840\u77e5\u8bc6<\/strong> -
