<strong>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong>.\u7406\u89e3 <strong>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u80fd\u591f\u68c0\u6d4b\u5e76\u51c6\u786e\u8f6c\u6362\u6210\u7535\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684\u9891\u7387\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8303\u56f4\u901a\u5e38\u4ee5\u8d6b\u5179\uff08Hz\uff09\u4e3a\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u53ef\u4ee5\u6355\u6349\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u9891\u7387\u8c31\u3002\u8f83\u5bbd\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u80fd\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u4f4e\u9891\u58f0\u97f3\uff08\u5982\u4f4e\u97f3\uff09\u548c\u9ad8\u9891\u58f0\u97f3\uff08\u5982\u9ad8\u97f3\uff09\u800c\u4e0d\u5931\u771f\u3002<\/p><p>\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf <strong>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u5bbd\u5e7f\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/strong> \u5728\u9700\u8981\u58f0\u97f3\u7ec6\u8282\u548c\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u9ad8\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\u5f55\u97f3\u3001\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b\u548c\u52a9\u542c\u5668\u7b49\uff0c\"\u58f0\u97f3\u7ec6\u8282 \"\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u4e3a\u4f55\u91cd\u8981<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u91c7\u96c6\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u8d28\u91cf\u3002A <strong>\u7a84\u9891\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9519\u8fc7\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u97f3\u8d28\u4e0d\u4f73\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u97f3\u4e50\u5f55\u5236\u6216\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b\u7b49\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u58f0\u97f3\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ec6\u5fae\u5dee\u522b\u90fd\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762 <strong>\u5bbd\u9891\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u786e\u4fdd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u80fd\u6355\u6349\u5230\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u9891\u8c31\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u4e30\u5bcc\u3001\u66f4\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u3002<\/p><p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a <strong>\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong> \u5728\u667a\u80fd\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\uff0cMEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5fc5\u987b\u80fd\u6e05\u6670\u6355\u6349\u7528\u6237\u58f0\u97f3\u7684\u4f4e\u9891\u548c\u9ad8\u9891\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u51c6\u786e\u8bc6\u522b\u3002\u5728\u9ad8\u7aef\u5f55\u97f3\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u6301\u4e50\u5668\u548c\u4eba\u58f0\u7684\u4fdd\u771f\u5ea6\uff0c\u5bbd\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u662f\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5f71\u54cd MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u7684\u56e0\u7d20<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u5f71\u54cd <strong>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff1a<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u9694\u819c\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong>:\u632f\u819c\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u548c\u5f62\u72b6\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u5176\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u9891\u7387\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u65b9\u9762\u8d77\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6240\u7528\u6750\u6599<\/strong>:\u6750\u6599\uff08\u5982\u7845\uff09\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5904\u7406\u5404\u79cd\u9891\u7387\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u632f\u52a8\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5c3a\u5bf8<\/strong>:\u7531\u4e8e\u7269\u7406\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u800c\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u578b\u53f7\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5bbd\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u66f2\u7ebf<\/strong>:\u4e00\u4e9b MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u5e26\u6709\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u66f2\u7ebf\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5f3a\u67d0\u4e9b\u9891\u7387\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4eba\u58f0\u7684\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\uff09\u6216\u8fc7\u6ee4\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u566a\u97f3\u3002<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5bbd\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u5e94\u7528<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u5177\u6709\u6269\u5c55\u529f\u80fd\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce <strong>\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94<\/strong> \u5728\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u548c\u5e73\u677f\u7535\u8111<\/strong>:\u786e\u4fdd\u4e3a\u901a\u8bdd\u3001\u8bed\u97f3\u52a9\u624b\u548c\u89c6\u9891\u5f55\u5236\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u8bed\u97f3\u6355\u83b7\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u5f55\u97f3\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong>:\u4fdd\u62a4\u4ece\u97f3\u4e50\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u5230\u73b0\u573a\u5f55\u97f3\u8bbe\u5907\u7b49\u4e13\u4e1a\u97f3\u9891\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u4fdd\u771f\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong>:\u7528\u4e8e\u6355\u6349\u73af\u5883\u58f0\u97f3\u548c\u5b9e\u73b0\u8bed\u97f3\u6307\u4ee4\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u5065\u8eab\u8ffd\u8e2a\u5668\u548c\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u8868\u4e2d\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u52a9\u542c\u5668<\/strong>:\u4e3a\u7528\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5bbd\u5e7f\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u9891\u8c31\uff0c\u4ece\u6df1\u6c89\u7684\u4f4e\u97f3\u5230\u9ad8\u9891\u7387\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u6c7d\u8f66\u7535\u5b50<\/strong>:\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u5608\u6742\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u4e3a\u514d\u63d0\u901a\u4fe1\u548c\u8f66\u8f7d\u97f3\u9891\u7cfb\u7edf\u63d0\u4f9b\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u6355\u6349\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5982\u4f55\u9009\u62e9\u5177\u6709\u6b63\u786e\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u4e3a\u7279\u5b9a\u5e94\u7528\u9009\u62e9 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u65f6\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u8981\u8003\u8651\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\uff0c\u8fd8\u8981\u8003\u8651\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3001\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u529f\u8017\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4f8b\u5982 <strong>\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/strong> \u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u8f83\u5bbd\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b\u6548\u679c\u3002 <strong>\u5de5\u4e1a\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce<\/strong> \u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u5728\u8f83\u5bbd\u7684\u9891\u7387\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u964d\u4f4e\u566a\u97f3\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u65e0\u9521\u7845\u6e90\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/strong> \u63d0\u4f9b\u5404\u79cd\u5177\u6709\u5b9a\u5236\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u66f2\u7ebf\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5404\u79cd\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u662f\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1 <strong>\u9ad8\u7aef\u5f55\u97f3\u8bbe\u5907<\/strong> \u6216 <strong>\u667a\u80fd\u5bb6\u5c45\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong>\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u627e\u5230\u5408\u9002\u7684 MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u6355\u6349\u3002<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7ed3\u8bba<\/strong><\/h2><p>MEMS \u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u662f\u51b3\u5b9a\u5176\u97f3\u9891\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6574\u4f53\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5173\u952e\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u8f83\u5bbd\u7684\u9891\u7387\u54cd\u5e94\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\u9ea6\u514b\u98ce\u6355\u6349\u5230\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u9891\u8c31\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u51c6\u786e\u3001\u66f4\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u97f3\u9891\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u662f\u5728\u5f00\u53d1 <strong>\u8bed\u97f3\u8bc6\u522b\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong>, <strong>\u5f55\u97f3\u673a<\/strong>\u6216
